Technical Drawing / Project Request
You send your technical drawings or project details. We work with DWG, DXF, STEP and PDF files, or a clear description of the requirement.
Engineering Review
We review the drawings for manufacturability, materials, tolerances and welding requirements, and raise any questions before quoting.
Material & Production Planning
Materials are sourced to specification and the production sequence is planned with a clear delivery schedule.
Manufacturing
Cutting, bending, machining and welding are carried out according to the approved drawings and agreed standards.
Quality Control
Dimensions and weld quality are checked against the drawing before release. Issues are corrected before anything ships.
Packaging & Delivery
Parts are packaged for safe transport and delivered on the agreed schedule, with export documentation where required.
Note
Nothing goes into production before open questions on the drawing are resolved. This avoids surprises for both sides and keeps delivery dates realistic.
